We follow recognized privacy principles concerning accountability, identifying purposes, meaningful consent, limiting collection, limiting use, disclosure and retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access and responding to privacy concerns.

We collect only the personal information reasonably required for the purposes explained at the time of collection. Information voluntarily provided for the LiberOsto™ Availability List is used only to administer that list and send the availability and Canadian launch updates to which the individual has consented.

We do not use or disclose personal information for an unrelated purpose without consent, unless permitted or required by law. Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary and is protected using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Individuals may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe at any time. Requests to unsubscribe from commercial electronic communications will be processed at no cost and within 10 business days of receipt.
